All About Me
Understanding ourselves and others. What makes us who we are.
Kindness Counts is a six-week mental health and wellbeing course designed for eight referred girls in Years 7 & 8 at secondary school. The course focuses on building self-worth and kindness, exploring themes such as gratitude, managing emotions and empowerment.
Through creative activities and meaningful discussions, Kindness Counts helps each girl to grow in confidence, embrace kindness toward themselves and others, and develop their unique strengths.
Girls are provided with their own Kindness Counts resources, including course journal and a toolkit to regulate emotions.
