Managing Anxiety Packs

The biggest cause of referral through to the Cherished service is girls who are struggling with anxiety. We decided to create a pack which includes resources and tools to help support girls. These packs are ideal for personal private use or with a mentor or trusted friend. To name just a few things that are Included in these packs, you will find affirmation cards, aromatherapy play dough, a feelings journal, and some anxiety resource cards.
